Description: We have had the opportunity to work with Maybell most of the past summer. She is a friendly mule that will let you catch her anywhere in the field. We have ridden her extensively on the trails and she has done well. We have ridden her on the road as well and is safe in heavy traffic and doesn't mind big semi trucks going by. Obstacles such as wooden bridges, tires, flags, tarps, cowboy curtains, ext. are not a problem for her. She has been ridden in the arena a lot as well. She has a nice walk, a smooth and consistent trot, and a smooth canter which makes it easy for most anyone to ride. Maybell has a good one hand neck rein, and also works good off leg pressure. She has all buttons to be a show mule in lots of different classes, but is gentle enough for a trail mule. She has also been used as a pack mule in the Colorado mountains. She stands good for the farrier. She is quiet in the barn and has no vices. She get along with all the other horses and Mules in the field. If you are looking a trail mule, show mule or just a friendly equine partner Maybell would be the one.
