He easily side passes, great back, big stops, turnarounds, plus will rope and work a cow. He is very one handed handy broke, opens gates, drags whatever you ask him, and just point him where you want to go, all nice attributes that make him a dependable ranch partner. Maverick doesn’t require an operator’s manual to ride him, and is a great match for novice riders that will actually have fun riding him. If ranch work isn’t your cup of tea he is an exceptional trail horse that will cross all the bridges and creeks. He has rode all over East Tennessee and western North Carolina. After working on the ranch and working cattle pop the kids on and let them go. Maverick adjusts to every level of rider.
