Meet Put on My Silk Stockings-aka- Silk, a stunning 13-year-old American Drum Horse who combines the best of both worlds with her Gypsy Vanner and Shire heritage. Standing at 16.2hh, she’s a gentle giant who loves trail riding, obstacle courses, and riding both English and Western. Her calm demeanor and loving nature make her an ideal companion for riders of any experience level.

She’s safe, sane, and sound—making her a perfect choice for a family horse, or for anyone looking to enjoy a steady, reliable mount. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced rider, you can feel confident riding her on the trails or in the arena. She's also great for kids, and we’ve even had fun riding her doubles!

Though we haven’t personally driven her, she was previously trained to drive, making her versatile for multiple disciplines. She is an easy keeper, barefoot, and up-to-date on vaccinations, shots, Coggins, and farrier work. Last trimmed last week, teeth float 1/25, spring shots completed, coggins 3/25.

Silk is also a proven x3 broodmare, all three fillies have a right blue eye.
