Phoenix is very well broke to ride. He is very calm natured. He will ride well in the arena, out on trails, and on the roads. He is not easily phazed by anything. He will looe a circle nicely. Walk, trot, canter. He will stand nicely at a mounting block. Stops and backs up when asked. He is easy to handle, and would do anything to please. He will cross the obstacles with ease. He is not scared of a tarp or flag. Easily open and close gates from on top. Phoenix is a champ out and about as well. He is great on the trails. He will take the hills with ease. He is a confident rider, and will easily step over logs and cross creeks. He is great out in the traffic as well. He will stop and stand at stop signs. He would be a great family horse! Safe enough for the kids but fun enough for an experienced rider. Phoenix is great on the ground as well. He is easy on a lead line. He will stand nicely whether ground tied or in cross ties. He does not mind being groomed, tacked, bathed or shoed. He's easy to catch and in his stall. He does great when turned out with other horses. No maintenance 100% sound.
